The Turkish Migration Conference 2014 with the theme Comparative Perspectives and Continuities held at Regent's University London offered an outlet and forum for exchange of research and scholarship in this field. Academics, practitioners, policy makers, students and wider interested public were brought together to debate past, current and future patterns of human mobility as well as non-mobility and national and transnational repercussions of increasing mobility.
